Purpose

The company aims to support professional development, enhancing personal growth and the relationship between individuals and their employers through improved work practices with management training, tools, and various techniques.

The word Synergyc means that when we combine things (people, materials, solutions...), the result has a more significant impact than the sum of its parts. In other words, synergistic means joining forces to create something more powerful collaboratively.

Why Agile Methods?

The short and direct answer is: We are more successful using agile methods.

Agile methods follow a philosophy of delivery based on short cycles that provide customer feedback and allow for greater adaptability and assertiveness.
